Chat Bot Window Minimize/Collapse

If you are having trouble minimizing or collapsing the chat bot window...

Web version: 

There will be small circle under the chat window with a little arrow facing down. Click it and the chat window will close.
 

Mobile App:

Just above the chat window there will be a small circle with an "X". Click that to close the window.
